MIRAYCLE will not be able to amend orders once they have been finalized and will not be held liable if wrong choices are selected, or if duplications are made.
Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. And check that full and correct address has been indicated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delay in the arrival of your item(s).
Orders will be shipped out within 2-3 working days upon payment verification (unless otherwise stated). Kindly ensure all required information are submitted during the payment process to avoid any delays in mailing out your orders.
Kindly note that MIRAYCLE currently only ship locally. If you wish to have your item(s) to be shipped overseas, please email us and we will attend to you individually.
Once you placed and paid for your order, please allow your parcels 5-8 working days (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays) to reach you, after it have been dispatched from our warehouse. You may either opt for Normal or Registered postage when checking out.
MIRAYCLE will ship your order FREE with Normal postage chosen. So there are no hidden costs involved unless otherwise stated or if you were to opt for Registered postage. As tracking is not available for Normal postage, MIRAYCLE will not be held liable for any lost parcels/ damaged items mailed out via this mode of delivery. Registered postage is still highly advised.
The cost of Registered mail starts from SGD$3.74. The parcels will be dispatched via Singpost. Kindly note that weight limit is caped at 2kg for any Registered Parcel. Orders that exceed 2 kg will have to be sent via Speedpost instead. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 2-3 working days once your parcel has been dispatched.
All orders are shipped out according by order sequence; combination of parcel shipment will not be allowed.
Mailing days include weekdays only, excludes weekends and public holidays.
MIRAYCLE reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).
Receiving A Defected / Incorrect Item
At MIRAYCLE, we seek to deliver TOP quality products. We sincerely apologize to have mailed a defective or incorrect item to you. As we aim to resolve it as quickly as possible, please include as many details as possible, and also a snap shot on the defects or issues and we will reply you within 1 or 2 working days.
MIRAYCLE will require them to be mailed back to us via registered mail or obtain a copy of Certificate of Posting (COP) at the post office. This will be made known in the email accordingly. During such circumstance, you can opt for reimbursement via store credits. Please see store credits for details. Or if stock size and colour is still available, we will do a one to one exchange. We will send the exchanged piece out upon receiving the RA tracking number or snapshot of COP. Strictly NO cash refunds available.

Exchanges And Returns
All exchanges and returns have to be done within 10 working days from date of receiving your item and 5 working days after you received an email from us on the return/exchange procedure. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
All exchanges will be done via mailing only.
All exchanges and returns must come with the tag intact, original condition, unwashed and unworn and not altered. Items that do not fulfill these criteria will be declined duly.
Measurements stated may vary 0.5″-1″ as they are mass-produced. In such situations, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be allowed.
For accuracy of items, do refer to size measurements chart and also to the measuring methods.
Colors shown may have slight variation on different screens as different technology devices have different specifications, resulting in colors difference from that of the actual piece. Especially for brighter shades item. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be declined.
For printed items, slight inconsistency is unavoidable as every individual piece may appear differently due to printing and fabric placement.
Please note that exchanges for colour or sizing are done on a case-to-case basis. Exchangeable item comes in varies sizes and only if the smaller or larger size you would like to change to, is available. Free size items are not applicable for exchange. Postage charges to and fro will be borne by the customer for such cases as measurements are clearly indicated.
Registered postage is highly recommended, as MIRAYCLE will not proceed with the return if the parcel does not reach us and we will not be liable for lost mails sent via normal postage.
