Payment Modes

Prices displayed on the website are in Singapore Dollars.

MIRAYCLE only accepts local Internet Banking (IB) and Paypal transfers. ATM payments are strictly not accepted.

For PAYPAL payments, payment has to be made instantly. Kindly ensure that you reach the paypal payment gateway page via MIRAYCLE website to guarantee that your payment has been successfully received. Payments made via a new browser may not be synced to our server.

For IB payments, kindly update your payment details via the link found in your invoice within 12 hours, to secure your purchase. If you are unable to provide us with the details within 3 working days, your order may be cancelled.

If you are given a discount code, kindly enter the code before you checkout for the discount to be valid. Failure to do so will result in discount not being reflected. NO refunds of discounted rate will be made if discount codes are not entered at the point of purchase.

Purchasing

Kindly note that by adding item(s) into your shopping cart does not denote that you have successfully purchased the item(s).

Item(s) is only secured upon successful submission of payment.

All orders will be voided if payment has not been received within the specified time frame.

Store Credits

Store credits are issued by MIRAYCLE via email.

To redeem your credits, please select “Gift Vouchers” during checkout. Your invoice will then reflect the payable amount after the deduction.

Store credits can be used for any purchase, including sales item, via one time transaction only.

Store credits are valid for 3 months from date of issue.

Store credits are strictly non-returnable nor transferable.

Blacklisted

MIRAYCLE will reserve a slot for you when you have added items into your shopping cart and proceed to IB (i-banking) payment. If no payment is received within a stipulated time frame, your account may be blacklisted from our list.

Sales Items

NO negotiation of sales price is allowed.

Sale items are strictly non exchangeable unless there are defects found on the items.

Backorders (Email us for backorders)

Backorders are available for sold out items.

Arrival of individual items are different but would be clearly indicated under the individual item list.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, e.g. delay in fabric arrival, defects, shipment, cargo clearance, there may be a delay in the arrival of the backorders or even cancellation of that particular backorders.

In the event of backorders cancellation, MIRAYCLE will issue you with a store credit. NO cash refunds would be given.

All email addresses in our mailing list are kept strictly confidential.

Ownership of all the articles, pictures and contents posted in www.miraycle.com solely belongs to MIRAYCLE unless otherwise quoted. Any form of content obtained from www.miraycle.com and advertised elsewhere must be credit to MIRAYCLE.

CONTESTS

All contests organized are open to local customers only, unless otherwise stated.

MIRAYCLE reserves the right to amend the terms of contests from time to time without prior notice.
