ACETATE
Most acetate garments should be dry-cleaned. Some knits are washable. If laundering is indicated, use the following guide:
Hand wash in warm water with mild suds.
Do not twist or wring out the garment.
Do not soak colored items.
Press while damp on the wrong side with a cool iron. If finishing the right side use a pressing cloth.
Circular knits should be laid flat to dry.
For specific instructions, always refer to the garment’s sewn-in care label.

Acrylic garments may be washed or dry cleaned.
When machine washing, use warm water setting and add a fabric softener during the final rinse cycle.
Machine dry at low temperature. Remove from dryer as soon as garments are dry.
Wash delicate items by hand in warm water. Static electricity can be reduced by using fabric softener in every third or fourth washing. Gently squeeze out water, smooth or shake out garment and let dry on a non-rust hanger. Sweaters and circular knits should be dried flat.
If ironing is required, use moderately warm iron.
For specific instructions, always refer to the garment’s sewn-in care label.
COTTON
Cotton can be easily laundered. It can withstand high temperatures. Warm water wash.
Any good detergent can be used to wash cotton.
Chlorine bleach can be used safely on cotton whites. Use color safe bleach on dyed cottons.
Since cotton fibers are fairly inelastic cotton fabrics may wrinkle easily.
And, fabric may need frequent pressing.
However, cotton fabric can be treated with a winkle resistant finish to create a more resilient fabric/garment. The label will tell you if this finish has been applied.
A higher heat setting is needed to the dryer to dry cotton. Cotton will take much longer to dry than less absorbent fibers.
Cotton can be ironed with a hot iron, and does not scorch easily.
For specific instructions, always refer to the garment’s sewn-in care label.
Cotton will shrink after washing. Cotton of different quality and yarn type have different shrinkages. Our factory will manufacture the product to counter for such shrinkages.
LINEN
Some linen is washable, while others are dry clean only. Be sure to check the label.
Washable household linen, handkerchiefs, and linen apparel can be washed easily and become softer with use.
White linens should be dried in the sun, if to help them to keep their whiteness.
Generally speaking, dry cleaning is recommended for drapery linens, upholstery linens and decorative linens.
Linen fabrics may need frequent pressing, unless treated for crease resistance. (Permanent press and soil release finishes are now being used effectively on 65% linen/35% polyester tablecloths, napkins and placemats.)
For specific instructions, always refer to the garment’s sewn-in care label.
LYOCELL
Lyocell garments may be either machine washable and dryable or dry cleanable. Read the label.
Washable lyocell has the strength and ease of care of other easy-care fabrics.
Machine wash and dry at low temperature. Remove from dryer as soon as the garment is dry.
If ironing is required, use a moderately warm iron.
For specific instructions, always refer to the garment’s sewn-in care label.
MICRO-FIBERS
Acrylic, nylon and polyester micro-fibers are machine washable, machine dryable or dry cleanable.
Do not Tumble dry.
Do not iron.

Do not iron.
For specific instructions, always refer to the garment’s sewn-in care label.
RAYON
Most rayon garments should be dry-cleaned, but some types of fabrics and garment construction are such that they can be hand or machine washed.

Use mild lukewarm or cool suds. Gently squeeze suds through the fabric and rinse in lukewarm water. Do not wring or twist the article.
Smooth or shakes out the article and place on a non-rust hanger to dry.
Rayon sweaters should be laid flat to dry.
Press the article while damp on the wrong side with the iron at a moderate setting. If finishing on the right side is required, a press cloth should be used.
Between wearing, rayon articles may be pressed with a cool iron.
For specific instructions, always refer to the garment’s sewn-in care label.
SILK
Only pre-washed silk is washable. Read the label!
Dry cleaning is generally preferred, since laundering detergent and dyes in other clothes may adversely affect silk fabric.
For washable silk, follow the care instructions carefully.
For items without linings and without embellishments attached, careful hand washing is permissible, with mild soap and lukewarm water.
Chlorine bleach should never be used on silk.
For long-time storage silk should be sealed against light, air and insects.

TRIACETATE
Pleated garments are best hand laundered. Most other garments containing 100% triacetate can be machine washed.
If ironing is needed, a high temperature setting may be used.
Articles containing triacetate require little care due mainly to the fiber’s resistance to high temperature.
For specific instructions, always refer to the garment’s sewn-in care label.
WOOL
Give wool garments a 24-hour rest between wearing. Hang on shaped or padded hangers leaving lots of space. In general, wool fibers will shed wrinkles and return to their original shape.
Empty pockets, remove belts and hang with closures zipped and buttoned.
Fold knits.
Brush wool to remove surface soil. Use a damp sponge for knits and finer fabrics.
Refresh wool garments quickly after wearing or unpacking by hanging them in a steamy bathroom. Moisture from the steam will remove wrinkles.
If wool gets wet, dry the garment at room temperature away from heat. If there’s a nap, brush with the nap.
Remove spots and stains promptly.
Keep moths away by storing wool with fresh cedar blocks.
Dry clean once a season (or when stained), and especially before storing.
Always steam when pressing wool. Use the wool setting. Avoid pressing wool totally dry. When possible, press on the reverse side of the fabric. When necessary to press on the right side, use a press cloth to avoid a shine. Lower and lift the iron, don’t slide it back and forth. Prevent imprinting inside detail by placing a piece of brown paper or tissue paper under folds, seams or darts.
For specific instructions, always refer to the garment’s sewn-in care label.
COTTON Twill/Drill
Machine Wash.
For a straight lasting press, use starch and hot iron.
Tumble dry or hang dry.

Any exchanges or refunds will be wholly at the discretion of the company. Any decision by the management of Kratos By Miraycle is final.
(b) Cutting / Sizing
Sizes will vary between every shirt. No two pieces of garment are exactly the same. With different designs and combination and period of order made, it also affects the exact measurement of how each shirt should be.
Garment cutting may vary by 2%-3% at its width from the original size chart provided.
Garment cutting may also vary by 3%-10% at its length from the original size chart provided.
Any special request of a required cutting is chargeable.
Cuttings following any client’s sample will not be completely exact.
Kratos By Miraycle will not manufacture garments base on their probable shrinkage or not.
(c) Colour Run / Fade
There is no guarantee on fading of colour of a garment. The lifespan of a garment depends on the frequency of usage and the detergent used. Please use colour bleach for coloured clothings. Do not bleach whites with coloured embroidery. Bleach might affect the printings on the shirt.
Slight colour run might occur on the first couple of washes for all fabrics.
Garments which are made of 100% polyester are less prone to colour run.
To lengthen the lifespan of the garment, please use light detergent and read washing instructions on the above or on care label of garment.
(d) Fabric Peeling
Fabric peeling is more prominent on 100% cotton products as it is made of natural fiber. Common problems of fading prints are due to the peeling of fabric.
Other products which will experience fabric peeling are polyester/cotton mixed fabrics.
As known as, TC or CVC.
(e) Thread Run
Thread run is very common for Dri Fit products. There is no guarantee for thread runs after the acceptance of goods. Thread run depends highly on the weaving and finishing of the fabric. Thread run might also occur on branded products.
4. QUALITY OF PRINT
Silkscreen : Silkscreen prints generally do not peel or fade. Silkscreen printing on cotton is permanent, any fading is highly due to either the fabric peeling or direct scrubbing during wash or bleach effect. Printing “pot holes” might be visible when silkscreen is used on fabrics with pique (honeycomb or eyelet) finishing. Due to the nature of the fabric silkscreen printings might not have a perfect printing finish of the garment.
Offset Printing : Offset printing is suitable for designs which require a wide range of colours. It is cost effective for bulk orders of 300 pcs or above. Do not expect this printing type to achieve photo quality. It is a blend of 4 to 8 colours to achieve gradient effects of colours which look great from a distance. This method of print is only available for cotton single knit jerseys.
Embriodery : No embroidery of the same design has the same stitching which looks exactly the same. Embroidery on softer fabrics like single-knit cotton or drifit fabrics will not look as good as a fabric which has a closer weave and thicker. Embroidery is possible to be done on all fabric types. It is generally more costly than other methods of print. There are cloth backings on the inner side of each embroidery. This is to ensure that the treading will not run after washing or tear the garment during the stitching process. Embroidery of small or cursive wordings are not advisable as it will affect the appearance and distort the original perception of how the artwork should be. Embroidery is best for logos and designs rather than fonts which are any smaller than 0.8cm in height, subjected to the font type.
Heat Transfer : There are 2 types of heat transfer printing. We have it for both coloured shirts and also white or very pale coloured shirts. It is a transfer method which require a commercial heat pressing machine to literally transfer a design from a non regular piece paper to a garment. This method of printing is not lasting. It fades as you wash it. It is capable of washing out totally. For dark coloured shirts there will be a border around the design. For light coloured shirts, the print area might be stiffer than before the print. It is mainly used for small quantity orders and for “1day” events.
Print & Cut Sticker : This method of printing is best for photo finish effects of designs with multicolours. The printing process is alike the Heat Transfer. But it has a nice finish and texture as compared to the Heat Transfer method. It may peel or the colour may fade in due time or due to chemical effects of detergents. It will last longer than Heat Transfer and it looks better as well.
Cut Transfer : Also known as “Jersey number printing”. This method of printing is very suitable for individual name printings and also 1 piece 1 solid colour design. This method of printing is permanent but it might peel. When it does happen, you may cover the printing with a piece of white cloth or paper and press it down with much pressure with a hot iron. The printing should stick back to place. Do not scratch or peel the printing to ensure its lifespan.
Dye Sublimation : Dye printing also requires a commercial heat machine press to transfer the dye colour from a special paper to only white Polyester products. This method of printing would sometimes have faint shadows due to the nature of the pressing process. It does not happens all the time but no guarantee can be made to products which are affected. The print is permanent and it does not run during wash. It is very suitable for designs with multicolours. Due to the nature of print, a border and printing mark may be visible on the white piece of polyester fabric.

We also have export quality options, which are priced at 100%-200% of our regular selling prices. These we have quality checks of every product and workmanship, which meets branded retail standards.
